The challenge was to dismantle part of the existing factory while normal production continued, meaning we were working in a partially "open" factory. The work was carried out at heights ranging from 15 to 40 meters. This required a detailed HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plan to identify all critical and hazardous scenarios. A clear and precise work schedule was essential to ensure the continuity of the partially operational factory. Production remained ongoing throughout the process. The total installation period took just over a year.

We implemented a production process that meets the latest technological standards, increasing production capacity compared to the previous setup.

This upgrade also led to significant efficiency improvements, reducing production costs per ton of animal feed.

Despite the complexity of the project, production was only halted for a few percent of the total time.
