The Challenge
Replacing the two existing dryer installations with counterflow dryer installations, including exhaust piping. The challenge was the limited space available for installing the new equipment. Another challenge was minimizing production line downtime. This was achieved by creating a temporary roof hatch and pre-assembling the dryers outside the building.
The Result
The existing production line was due for replacement. The new production line is also more efficient, as it enables the recirculation of airflows, reducing production costs.
