Due to increasing sales, the old, worn-out mixer needed to be replaced with a new one with a larger capacity. This upgrade increased the hourly capacity to approximately 40 tons per hour. The challenge was to install the larger mixer within a confined space while also modifying the upper and lower bunkers and the discharge conveyors. The key was to minimize production downtime—we were given just 48 hours to complete the installation.
