With the Standard Process Audit, we identify optimization opportunities based on our technical expertise. For even more in-depth analyses and real-time monitoring, we offer the Advanced Smart Process Audit in collaboration with our sister company, Innius. By leveraging advanced smart technologies and precise analytics, we take a step toward the factory of the future.

Standard Process Audit

Van Mourik Feed & Solids has developed a process audit to provide insight into production processes and the status of installations. Our audit team consists of engineering specialists with in-depth knowledge of production processes. They conduct the audit and analyze each part of the process from their respective areas of expertise. The goal is to identify optimization opportunities, such as increasing production, improving quality, or reducing energy consumption.

Other customer-specific needs can also drive the audit, such as increasing production capacity using existing machines. While costly investments in new machines are often proposed, our process audit can reveal that capacity increases are achievable with simple measures—resulting in lower investment costs.

Advanced Smart Process Audit

By connecting your installation to our Innius platform, we expand the process audit to collect and analyze relevant production process data over an extended period. Van Mourik Feed & Solids works with the Innius Smart Industry Platform, a powerful industrial software solution that helps us visualize real-time data. By analyzing and intelligently applying real-time sensor data, we can proactively intervene in the production process to optimize line capacity.

Key performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) are available in real-time. Through the Innius platform, stakeholders are proactively informed about necessary actions. This allows us to manage and analyze the line’s status from both a process and technical perspective.
